TOTAL PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

The total price of the product, inclusive of all applicable taxes, is displayed on the Payment Page. In addition to the product price, any shipping, delivery, and similar additional costs, or information regarding the possibility of additional charges if they cannot be calculated in advance, are also provided on the Payment Page. The specified amounts shall be collected through your selected payment method (credit card, debit card, or gift card) at the time of order confirmation.

All prices listed include legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).

DELIVERY INFORMATION

The delivery charges and estimated delivery time, consistent with the period committed in commercial advertisements and promotions, are specified on the relevant product page and on the Payment Page. In certain circumstances, you may have the option to select the delivery date on the Payment Page, subject to price variations. Your order will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of order placement.

We reserve the right to consolidate multiple ordered items into a single package. Unless otherwise specified, delivery charges are calculated independently of the quantity or total value of the products ordered.

The delivery periods specified are estimated and should not be construed as guaranteed delivery dates.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty, subject to statutory exceptions. When exercising this right, you must inform ArtRegalia of your decision to withdraw. You may submit your request through our Return Support Center or by using the standard withdrawal form. We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal notification.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to communicate your intention before the expiration of the statutory period and to return the products through our Return Support Center within the period specified below.

Should you require additional information regarding the scope, content, and instructions related to your right of withdrawal, you may contact our Customer Service team.

EFFECTS OF EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Upon exercising your right of withdrawal, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges. This reimbursement shall be executed within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which we receive your withdrawal notification, in accordance with applicable legislation. Unless you expressly specify otherwise, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. No fee shall be charged to you as a consequence of such reimbursement.

You are required to return the products through our Return Support Center within a maximum of 10 days from the date on which you exercised your right of withdrawal. In cases where the delivered products are identical to those ordered and the carrier designated by us is utilized, you shall not be required to bear the return shipping costs.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in relation to contracts concerning:

  • Goods whose protective elements have been opened after delivery; contracts for the delivery of goods that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons, or goods that mix with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature;
  • Audio or video recordings or sealed software whose protective elements have been opened after delivery of the goods;
  • Goods prepared according to the consumer's specifications or personal needs;
  • Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • Services that ArtRegalia has fully performed, and services that we may begin to provide, where you have explicitly accepted before placing your order that you will not exercise your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed;
  • Books, digital content, and computer consumables whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery;
  • Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under subscription contracts;
  • Goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which are beyond our control.
OUR DISCRETIONARY RETURN GUARANTEE

In addition to your statutory rights, ArtRegalia offers you the following discretionary return guarantee:

Products that do not fall within the exceptions listed in our Return Policy, and which are complete and in their original condition, may be returned within 30 days. For more detailed information, please refer to our "Returning Products You Ordered" page.

When you return products in accordance with this discretionary return guarantee, we will refund the purchase price you have paid. This additional guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal described above.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of disputes arising from the implementation of this pre-information form or purchases made through ArtRegalia.com, you may initially contact us by indicating your problem on our Customer Service page, using our live support line, sending an email, or requesting that we call you. We will make every effort to resolve your issue. In the event that the problem remains unresolved, you may file an application with the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts.
